(NOTE: you must be vaxxed + boosted to meet in person!) I love doing individual work as well as relationship/family/group stuff. Regardless of who is there, sessions are always informal, conversational, and comfortable. I am very direct, which most people appreciate; there’s no fluff or bullsh*t. I will challenge you, but I will also be your biggest supporter. We will probably laugh a lot.
