The Mission

Invictus means “unconquerable.” I founded Roots & Keys Coaching because I believe the human spirit is ultimately creative, resilient, and unconquerable.

But even so, being a person is hard, and choosing someone to help you when you most need it can be stressful and overwhelming.

“Coaching” isn’t familiar to a lot of people, so you may wonder if it’s what you need. In short, the primary difference between coaching and therapy is that coaching is future-, action-, and solution-focused, and more interested in what’s next rather than what’s already happened. The work tends to move quickly and require fewer sessions. Coaching is helpful for acute problem-solving, untangling the dynamics of a relationship, practicing new skills, and finding different ways to understand your story.

The mission of this coaching practice is to help you uncover where you might be getting stuck (roots) and then equip you with tools to move forward and feel better (keys). The office and group space are located in the Central West End of St. Louis, but virtual sessions are also available for convenience.

Hopefully, this website gives you all the information you need to move forward with scheduling, but if you still have questions, please email or text me, or use the contact form below.
