I provide consulting services to businesses and non-profits, focusing on conflict resolution, team culture, and radical communication. The “working together” part has to be good in order for the work to feel good and meaningful.

We may look at:

  1. Naming the thing. What is the dynamic playing out here? Who are the key players?
  2. Clarifying the origin of the dynamic. How did we get here? What did we miss?
  3. Identifying disconnects and miscommunications. What are we missing that would make this whole thing easier and smoother? What did I/we think was happening that we should have clarified?
  4. Aspiring to something greater. How could we get there? What would have to change?
  5. Dreaming for the future. What would it be like if this was better? How would that free us to do the work more effectively and joyfully?

Joyful work isn’t something everyone is thinking about, because many people just go to work to get paid and have low expectations of what the work feels like. It is crucial for keeping folks in mission-driven work motivated, but it also motivates people in all sectors to stay invested. Human beings thrive when they feel heard, understood, and supported.

Business consulting can also include culture surveys, leadership assessments, 360° reports, and individual coaching for leaders. If it’s in my skillset, I’d love to do it. If it’s not, I can help you find someone who can.

Fees are TBD, although there are topical one-hour “Lunch & Learn” options on the calendar if you have a limited budget.
