I offer ongoing options for group coaching, which is built around the idea of community healing, as well as commitment to socioeconomically equitable access to social and emotional support. While 1:1 work is powerful, it is also prohibitively expensive for many people. And sometimes it isn’t quite what you need anyway; maybe you don’t feel like you have a “problem” per se, but you do want to get together with someone(s) and talk through life things!
For a significantly lower cost per session, we gather in groups of 6-10 people and address specific topics and/or general topics based on a demographic theme. I offer open and closed groups throughout the year depending on interest and in response to requests and needs. It’s become clear that:
Loneliness is an ongoing epidemic; the antidote is connection.
There is something profoundly meaningful about gathering together in a space and shedding our protective layers. Even if this is not something you’ve previously considered, please keep an open mind. I am a well-seasoned facilitator who will always create a safe space for learning and growth. It would be worth checking it out.
There are several opportunities to join groups throughout the year; I hope you find one (or more) that works for your needs, finances, and schedule.
I offer mostly in-person group sessions, with an occasional virtual option for those who are not local to St. Louis or are not able to attend for whatever reason. Another way to connect is through workshops and intensives. Dates for all sessions can be found on our calendar.
