I would say my version of group coaching is perfect for people who typically don’t like group stuff. (It’s me. I’m people. LOL)

Whether it’s a class, a workshop series, or an online group coaching experience, I am mindful of the fact that folks like to do things different ways. Some people want to be in the room and never speak; some people want to dive right in and share everything. I never make anyone do anything, and there are never awkward ice breakers or “go around and say why you’re here” bullsh*t. Emotional safety and comfort is paramount; basically, I do it how I wish other facilitators would.

I’ve been doing group work for many years now and while the subject matter may evolve, the vibe is always informal, conversational, and comfortable. My facilitation style is relaxed and responsive; I am happy to lead the dialogue, or if I have a chatty group, I’m equally happy to let the conversation unfold. Sometimes that means just being present and making sure the group dynamics feel positive and stay on track with the topic.

All classes and workshops are on the R&K calendar; you can check back regularly or sign up for our newsletter for updates on new group coaching opportunities!
