From my perspective, the greater your emotional intelligence, the more fluidly, authentically, easily, and powerfully you can lead others.“Emotional Intelligence is the ability to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others.” Unfortunately, we don’t really teach people how to increase and/or leverage their EQ.
