So what’s coaching with me like? First, I try to make the whole process as easy as possible. I offer online scheduling so that you can easily look at availability, book, pay, and add to your calendar all at once.
Meeting with me (or Rodney) is like hanging with a good friend who is going to both support and challenge you. Best part is: you don’t have to give anything back. Yes, “fee for service” is inherently transactional, but it really doesn’t feel that way, I promise. Sessions are comfortable, informal, and conversational.
So think about this:
- Have you and your partner(s) discussed many times that it “might be good to go talk to someone” but you’re not in crisis so it doesn’t seem like a necessary expense?
- Have you ever wished you could sit down with a good friend and just vent without feeling judged or having to worry whether you were burdening them?
- Do you ever just need advice for one (or a few) specific issues?
- Do your problems seem too minor or acute to warrant starting therapy, but you would like someone to talk with about them whenever you do need it?
- Have you tried and failed in therapy many times because you just couldn’t find the right fit?
- Are there things in your life you want to sort through but you don’t know where to start?
- Is your relationship in a stagnant stage you can’t seem to move out of?
Coaching can be a solution for any of these scenarios (and of course many others). At Roots & Keys, we offer one-time sessions of varying lengths as well as the option for ongoing sessions as needed and packages. Flexibility is key. You know what is best for you, so we want to make it easy for you to get what you need at a rate you can afford.
